Academics

Master of Business Administration

22 months of live weekly classes online, with residencies on the Lilongwe campus. Ten taught courses and a choice of three concentrations.

What the programme involves

Built for people who are already working or already building something, and who do not intend to stop for two years.

Teaching runs as live weekly classes online across 22 months, with scheduled residencies on the Lilongwe campus. Students continue in employment or in their own businesses throughout, and the weekly rhythm is what makes that possible. The programme opens with an orientation before classes begin.

Each course is assessed on coursework, a written examination and a group project, marked against the institute's postgraduate grading scale. Case material is drawn from African markets, and students test what they are learning against their own ventures as they go.
